The first sketches for the design of the Tulipa lamp were already developed from the appropriation of specific construction techniques, developed within the Schuster ‘factory floor’, with pressed, curved and rounded wood microlaminates. A procedure successfully tested on products such as Flow, Temes and Basket Armchairs, which makes the Luminária Tulipa event viable.

Simple in shape and extremely elaborately manufactured, this product showcases not only all of Schuster’s experience of more than 50 years of existence but also the harmony of one of the most solid factory-designer partnerships in the national market – which completes ten years this year .
